How to use F keys (F keyboard buttons)?

Function Keys: F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7, F8, F9, F10, F11, F12.

F1 = Help

F2 = Rename an item.

F3 = Find – Search for files.

F4 = Open Address bar list (IE);
Open ‘Save In’ or ‘Look In’ in the Save As or Open dialog box;
Repeat the last action (on Word).

F5 = Refresh (on Internet Explorer);
Find and Replace (on Word).

F6 = Select Adress Box (IE).

F7 = Caret Browsing (text cursor) on/off (on Mozilla Firefox, IE) – allows you to select text with the keyboard;
Spelling and Grammar (on Word).

F8 = While booting the system you will get the Start up menu and you may enter Safe Mode;
SHIFT+F8 (then press an arrow key) to extend/cancel the selection (on Word).

F9 = CTRL + SHIFT + F9 = unlink a field;
CTRL + F9 = Insert an empty field;
SHIFT + F9 to switch between a field code and its result;
ALT + F9 to switch between all field codes and their results.

F10 = Activate FILE (menu bar) (IE, Mozilla Firefox);
Maximize/minimize the document window;
SHIFT + F10 to display right click menu (0n Word).

F11 = Open or exit full screen (IE, Mozilla Firefox).

F12 = View source code (IE);
‘Save as’ command;
SHIFT + F12 to save (File menu);
CTRL + F12 to open (File menu);
CTRL + SHIFT +F12 to print (File menu) (on Word).
